In order to complete your registration: 1. Fill in the online medical form.
Please also let us know about any serious medical, psychological or drug dependency problems you may suffer from. 2. Send us a simple motivation letter (email) explaining the reasons why you want to attend the workshop and previous experiences on your "personal quest" (mystical experiences, participation in religious groups, meditation or other techniques, use of psychoactive substances).
After reading your motivation letter and your medical form, Ayahuasca-Wasi will send you an e-mail to confirm your participation or ask you for more information if necessary. 3. Buy your flight tickets -to Lima and Cusco airport- and send us both flights information (date of arrival, time, flight number and airline).
Once we receive your flight information you are registered and have a place in the workshop you have chosen. |

About your flight tickets
For your booking please consider that the workshop will start around noon on the first day published and end on the morning of the last day published.
To buy your local flight tickets Lima - Cusco (60 min flight), you can choose either Lan Peru (www.lan.com), Taca airlines (www.taca.com) or Star Peru (www.starperu.com), all commercial airlines with on line service. The average cost of a round trip ticket Lima-Cusco-Lima is ± 190 US$ (depending on the season). There are no evening flights to Cusco.
You can arrive at Cusco airport at any time on the first day of the workshop. We will pick you up from the airport at the time your flight arrives and escort you to Melissa Wasi in Pisaq. The ride is 45 minutes from Cusco city to where the Workshops will take place. Likewise, you can leave any time on the last day published. We will provide transportation to the airport.
If you are already in Cusco city, we will pick you up from your hostel on the first day of the workshop, so please send us the hostel address and phone information when you arrive, for us to to be in contact.
